JYDL series large-scale ion vacuum coating machine Features: special automatic titanium-plated gold film equipment, high-power electrode plate bombardment, symmetrical arc source bombardment, fully automatic control. It has the characteristics of uniform film layer, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and oxidation resistance in line with international standards, and is resistant to external corrosion by nanotechnology. The process of ion plating and plating protection film (bombardment + titanium plating + bombardment + gas body + titanium nitride film) is once completed in the vacuum chamber to prevent secondary pollution. 10.4 inch color man-machine interface touch screen, PLC configuration software, can fully operate the entire process flow.
The vertical horizontal large-scale ion coating machine is specially designed for the automotive, ceramic glass and stainless steel decoration industries. It is equipped with ion bombardment and RF plasma plating oxidation and protective film in the vacuum chamber. This equipment uses advanced plasma polymerization protective film technology. According to the special production of high-end automotive lamps, wheels, floor tiles, titanium doors and windows, the equipment is equipped with PLC automatic control system, which improves production efficiency and guarantees product quality. The plated plasma anti-rust and anti-oxidation film has passed the national standard test, and has passed the standards of acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt resistance test.
