basic configuration:
1. Vacuum chamber vertical single door structure, made of 304 stainless steel, vacuum chamber diameter from Φ800mm-Φ1300mm;
2. The vacuum system consists of a rotary vane pump, a direct pump, a Roots pump and a molecular pump (or a diffusion pump);
3. the coating system uses 1-5 medium frequency magnetron sputtering power supply, equipped with 1-5 pairs of unbalanced magnetron targets, and equipped with 6-12 hot cathode arcs;
4. pulse bias power supply;
5. The aeration system adopts domestic or imported gas mass flow meter and gas flow control (display) instrument;
6. the electric control system sets the circuit overload, water, air and sound and light alarm device;
